DisposAll Operations Supervisor interview questions

I was invited to interview with the owner of the company and one of the haulers. I arrived early and had to resubmit an application on paper. I was told I would be contacted about the role and never received any follow up after being told my background check was being ran and my references called. I called twice to check on things and provide other references if needed and no one ever called back. This company just relisted the position under another company name. Very unprofessional.
