Interview
Met with the CEO and other senior members of the team. Had a fairly casual, yet professional conversation about my previous professional experience and the requirements of the position.
From there, met again with the CEO and had yet another meeting with the CEO.
Total of three interviews over the course of a couple of weeks.

Question 1
Nothing they asked was extremely difficult or abnormal. There were some problem solving questions asked that made me think on the spot.

Interview
Submitted online application, setup a call with a member of the team, talked with them more about general experience and what I am looking for, etc. Then I received a skills test with actual client AdWords data and what I would do to improve the performance of the account without increasing budget.

How would you improve the performance of this client account? I believe it was a rehab facility which are having increasing advertising issues in the US.
