The people I talked to were nice, but there were signs that the company is disorganized and don't know what they are looking for. We had 4 interviews in 2 months. They are still looking for a candidate. I applied on their website, after two weeks someone contacted me on LinkedIn for that same job, anaware that I had already applied. I asked on every interview if they saw any gap on my skills or experience and they always said no. Then they rejected me. On the last interview the interviewer did not know if there was a next stage int he interview process or not.

First round interivew with a recruiter which unfortunately started let and there was another person observing to which I had not been informed of previously. The questions were standard and generic 'tell me about a time when...', However, I felt like the questions did not allow me to showcase the skills necessary for the job. I was offered a technical challenge interview which I declined as the company seemed chaotic and unorganised.
