I spoke only with the owner and he conducted the interview entirely over the phone and email. Two phone calls without much talking on his end, and then I realized he wanted to see how my selling and closing skills were and after building value in myself, I just went for the close.

After reviewing my qualifications and previous experience. they only questions he asked were mostly regarding what my last company was doing and how they were doing.
