Dobbies Customer Service Representative interview questions

Easy, straight forward, manager didn’t know what they were talking about, was 15 minutes late and didn’t apologise. Happy with outcome and enjoyed my time with the company. Worked my way up and now can’t go any further. Seems to be very reactive and nothing planned, always looking for an excuse to make people work harder and not get any recognising .
