In your opinion, what is overall the most important thing to you in this job field?
Phone interviews now include scenarios based on common issues that arise in dispatch and you will be asked how to solve it. (issues with crews, clients, hospitals, hospital staff)

Calm and smooth seems like there are more pros than cons to this job/career love the environment seems less like a less stressful environment to work in and can’t wait to start.

I think I went in for one interview and it wasn’t hard, just formalities. I did hear that once they got their interviews mixed up and marked someone as a no-show that did show.
