I applied online. I interviewed at DocPlanner (Warsaw, Masovia) in June 2026
Interview
One of the best recruitment experiences I've had. The process had three clear stages: an intro 1-on-1 with the recruiter to check whether my background matched the role, a practical task tied directly to the job (in my case a sales role-play with one of the managers), and a final 1-on-1 with the Head of Sales to cover any open questions and check mutual fit.
What stood out most was the transparency and pace. I always knew exactly what the next stage would involve, and I never waited long - feedback and decisions came within a day or two every time. Just as importantly, it felt human. The recruiter and the managers took the time to understand what actually drives and motivates me, and I felt heard throughout rather than processed. Friendly, professional and respectful of my time from start to finish.

Question 1
If, at the end of the month, it turned out that some of your contracts couldn't be processed because of technical issues, what would you do?
