I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DocPlanner in Jan 2025
Interview
To any serious person looking to apply here, don't. The entire process has many red flags that I should've noticed, to highlight some:
1. Long take home assignment, if that wasn't bad enough, when you send it to the recruiter they don't even bother to forward it to the hiring manager or team, they just say "show during the interview".
2. They give you an hour to present the take home assignment, with 8+ people on the call. During the call no one asks any questions, but then suddendly they have constructive feedback after a week, but they never send it (of course).
3. This may come off as annoying, but in an English speaking workplace you'd expect a base level of language skill, but you won't find it here. During the interview process there were plenty of people you just couldn't communicate with.
4. They turn you down at the end because of salary and visa issues, things that were discussed since interview #1 and were not flagged as issues. Again, lots of unprofessionalism and time wasting.
