      Software Engineer Interview

      21 Oct 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Doccla

      Interview

First stage is a call with an engineer, pretty causal chat with some specific questions. Clearly an enthusiastic team and interesting product. Next is a timed tech test that was a reasonable task for the time allotted. Unfortunately, the final stage interview was completely unstructured and the CTO was disengaged from the start, perhaps they had done too many interviews that day but it left a very bad impression. There was zero response after the interview which is indicative of poor people management and poor communication in a company.
