Questions ranging from the typical "why this company?" and "where do you see yourself in 5 years?" to more technical questions to test the knowledge.

4 interviews only for them to give me the old "culture fit" nonsense.
Culture Fit = Don't want to hire based on racism, sexism, ageism etc..
I'm a fat 40 year old, so not a "culture fit"!
