      Account Development Representative Interview

      4 Mar 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Docebo (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2022

      Interview

There were three stages. The whole process took 2-3 weeks or so. They clearly explained the process and answer all the questions I had. The first interview was a get to know it was supposed to be a 15-30 mins zoom meeting with the sales manager. But we ended up going over 1.5 hr. He answered all my questions and was really helpful/informative. Second interview was a assessment containing multiple parts and questions. The third and final interview was 4 parts zoom meeting. The first 30 mins was talking about the asseements. Second part was a call with the director of sales. She was really nice and answered all my questions. That was 20-30 mins or so. After that, it was a get-to-know-you-with two team leads. Just to see if you can fit the team. The fourth part was a recap of the interview with the manager.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why sales? Why Docebo? What type of team style do you like? How do you work in a team and as an individual? What is some weakness you have? How would you deal with 500 accounts? What step would you take?
