I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Docebo (Paris) in June 2021
Interview
When I applied for the BDR position at Docebo they said I was too qualified for the job so they suggested I should apply for a higher position.
The recruitment team appreciated the interviews, I even gave some tips to the Senior Director of Business Development on how to do cold calls and contact leads on LinkedIN. She said the last step was to meet the VP of Account Management EMEA "for the last validation".
He then gave a positive feedback so she organised a coffee time with me and said I will get the offer the same day or during the week.
I waited for the offer but NOTHING I even tried to get in touch with the HR but she was on holidays I tried to contact the Senior Director of Business Development and she said " We need to review all candidates before putting the final file in for approval" and later on No response.
Finally I received an email 8 days later ( Thank you for your interest but we have decided to pursue with another candidate)
Thanks you Docebo for my wasted time!

Interview
I applied for the BDR position in Atlanta, GA with a referral. Walked through three interviews. The last interview was an impromptu “mock call”. Easily one of my favorite interview experiences I have ever had. The team was very prompt and responsive. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the process.
