Interview
Easy. At least in the first phase, Pras asked questions about us that were based on our resume. We met in the lobby of their open office and they had a sweet dog running around.
Group interview only, and you get ~60-seconds to stand out. Of a group of 8-10 people, you'll go around in a circle, introduce yourself, and list experience, achievements, and interest. With the opportunity to ask questions. No 1:1 interview. Took 1-week for offer of employment.

Interview
The CFO is really accommodating and kind. They are really just looking to see if you are a good fit for them, but also want to make sure that the company is a good fit for you. It is more about who you are as a person more so than anything else. Come to the interview with some questions about sales, cold calling, conferences, etc.
