30 minute phone screen with recruiter, 30 min phone interview with hiring manager, and 30 min phone interview with the director. Process was very quick (each interview was scheduled about 2-3 business days apart and they got back to me with results within 0-2 days between each interview), as they were looking to bring someone on the team within 3-4 weeks.

Walk me through your background. Why are you interested in FP&A specifically? How would you estimate the number of Uber taxis in San Francisco between 9am-10am on a weekday?
1 screening round with recruiter, 1 screening round with hiring manager, a 2 hour case study with model building, another screening round with hiring manager, then I was ghosted. The entire process took 1.5 months. Would have appreciated to receive feedback or if they decided to move on with other candidates.

Spoke directly with the hiring manager. He was very flexible and accommodating. Spent 30 minutes on the phone going through my resume and experience. Told me about the day to day responsibilities of the position and about the company itself.
