Fantastic hiring process. The EMEA recruiting manager who interviewed me and then guided me through the process did an exceptional job. She was quick to schedule me through the process, thoroughly explained the role and responsibilities, and guided me through the interview procedure with patience and genuine care.
The entire procedure was highly professional, insightful, and supportive.
In addition to the interview with the recruiting manager I also had a phone interview with the hiring manager, and an onsite presentation to a panel of two managers at the DocuSign offices.
Everyone was super kind and pleasant. Lovely office and welcoming staff.
I interviewed with a variety of Saas companies in Dublin, and this was the best interview process I had experienced.

Question 1
I was asked to prepare a presentation which included 3 parts, and was also asked to engage in a simulation. All of the tasks were given in advance by the recruiter with adequte time to prepare, and with proper explanations and guidance.
Interview process has been organized and professional so far. Communication has been clear and timely. Interviewers are courteous and informative. Overall experience is positive, though still early in the process.
Three separate interviews. Call with HR, call with manager, and then a call with two managers that required a sample cold call and presentation about the company, mostly to see if you can create and present a pitch deck.

The interviewer asked generic questions about previous experience, including the last role, responsibilities, and skills.
The conversation focused on the background, job-related expertise, and suitability for the position. The discussion covered my approach to handling difficult situations. The overall tone was professional and structured.
