I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Docusign (Charleston, SC) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview process was well coordinated from start to finish. I had a phone screen with a recruiter, a phone interview with the hiring manager, a mock demo followed by a panel interview, and a final interview with a director on the SE team. I was paired with an SE mentor to provide an hour's worth of guidance in preparation for the mock demo. Everyone was down to earth, and the interviews mostly felt like a conversation rather than following an interview script. It was evident that the people I spoke with loved DocuSign which made the entire process exciting.
The process was straightforward and involved a project and presentation. Interviewed with recruiter, hiring manager, sales team, and other solutions engineers. I was lucky to receive great communications and support from my recruiter.

Interview
Recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, demo presentation interview and then 3 team member 1:1 interviews. The hiring manager and demo interviews took the most time and were the most important. If you perform well on those, the team 1:1s are pretty casual.
Straightforward interview process - meet with recruiter, then manager and finally a presentation task.
Decision was made within a couple of weeks. Appreciate the transparency of the company. A lot of companies do not know how to manage candidate experience.
