I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Docusign (San Francisco, CA) in June 2021
Interview
The entire process took approximately two months to reach the offer stage. I have applied online to one of their software engineering positions (salesforce) and received my first response from the Docusign recruiter 3 weeks later. After the recruiter screening, there was a technical phone screen focused on salesforce basic concepts and there was a final loop interview which has 6 45min round interviews back to back. I have been asked various DS, problem-solving, and salesforce-related questions during these interviews. Docusign recruiter Tamson Ing has navigated me so well throughout the interview process with precision. DocuSign's interview process is well structured, clear, and even quick on their feedback.
Pretty standard interview process. It started with a recruiter call, and then two technical interviews with medium-level leetcode questions, one system design interview, and a final behavioral interview. I was asked to dive deeper into my projects and experience at each stage of the interview. The recruiters were very responsive, which I appreciated.
