Interview
Was pretty straightforward, mostly done over zoom. Had a phone call with them recruiter and the team. About 8 people in total and they seemed like they were really focused on culture fit.
5 phone screens with team, nontechnical.. the team was very friendly & the recruiter gave me feedback after every round. the manager was also very supportive through the process (had a call with him first and and final round)

Applied online through job board, recruiter was very flaky and hard to get a hold of. There was an HR phone screen, manager phone screen, on-site (4 interviews), no response for a while and then finally got offer after calling them.
