I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign
Interview
The process involved an initial recruiter call, a hiring manager call, a series of interviews with key stakeholders, and finally a homework assignment that was presented out to a panel of 3-5 stakeholders.

Question 1
The only reason this is listed as difficult is because the homework assignment was very time consuming. You prepare a fairly detailed GTM plan for a real product, which required some research.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
There was a screener interview then three rounds of interviews - with the hiring manager, with the broader team, then doing a case presentation and exec interviews. This structure seems fairly standard.
The HR team organizing it was a bit disorganized constantly telling me they'd get back to me at a certain time and then an extra week going by with me having to reach out to ask about things. They got my email wrong a couple times and just seemed out of it but very enthusiastic when they were engaged.
The people I interviewed with were all very sharp, had read my resume and asked unique questions - a sign that it was more organized with the hiring manager. It was also a nice range of people from other functions like DG and Sales Ops to team members in product marketing.

Question 1
How have you engaged with sales in the past? (this is very important in marketing at DocuSign)
