Docusign Sr. Project Manager interview questions

After the initial shortlisting of resume, had about 5-6 rounds of interviews with the hiring manager and different leaders from adjacent groups. The interview process was drawn out and long but the most dissappointing factor in this was that after the final round, there was absolutely no reply from the hiring team or recruiter. I had to follow up with the recruiter who tells me that the hiring team hadn't decided yet. They wouldn't even reject me, but just put me on hold. All this after a period of 2 months interviewing with them. Just felt disappointed that a very reputed company has poor hiring practices.

It was pretty straightforward. The first round was with the recruiter. The second round was with the hiring manager. The last round was with multiple stakeholders. The team is very professional. I enjoyed the process overall.
