Dodge Construction Network interview questions

Standard HR phone screen then hiring manager. HM went bullet by bullet starting at the oldest role and had me explain it. I've been in sales for a decade and was never asked about any strategy or experience in overcoming objections, prospecting, etc just what I did at a BDR job 10 years ago.

A external recruiter reached out to me and let me know it was a process internal recruiter, HM, project (a product you have sold before, not something related to this company. Which I liked), then maybe 2 more rounds. I get on the initial internal call and they said they already hired someone.
