I have 8+ years of experience and this company gave me the absolute worst interview experience. The interviewers have no idea what they are looking for. I had to attend 3 interviews they don't have the skills or experience to assess my skills so that they asked for my certificates. I provided that they offered me the job via phone call and email. They asked me to collect the appointment letter after 3 days. And within 2 hours they cancel the offer with no apparent reason. The company seems to have no formal management or HR. Runs with the whims of the owners.
