The interview process was composed of three stages - screening, general, and technical. Each stage was well scoped and thoroughly planned. The interview process was well calibrated to get the information required without an excessive expense of time for either party. The feedback after each stage was very swift and unusually detailed compared to other recruitment processes I have seen. The interviewers were very keen for the candidate to ask question as much as answer them, and they were forthright and honest with all questions. The interviewers were very keen to ensure that I had as much information as I wanted to make the decision.

A pleasant and friendly atmosphere while asking about background and experience. Process was divided into an HR talk, then a hiring manager interview with culture fit and experience fit. Lastly there was a tech interview and a talk with executive.
