Interview process was 8 weeks, told it would be 3 weeks. 5 interviews plus a project plus a presentation. Many of the interviews were questions the previous had asked - far too many redundant interviews that lacked any substance. After 8 weeks of interviewing and presenting the final presentation, zero contact from the Hiring team led me to have to follow up about whether or not an offer was coming. After multiple follow ups, I received an informal email that I would not be receiving an offer - this email came at 3 oclock in the morning. The interview process was far more exhaustive than it needed to be, and lack of clarity surrounding an offer plus poorly communicated professionalism left highly negative experience with the company.

The interview process started well and honestly, seemed to go well by the positive attitude of the interviewer who said they would get back to me with next steps. I waited a week and never got any feedback or information, so I reached out via email and never got anything back. It seemed like a cool company to work for, but wasn't at all impressed by the lack of communication after the interview.
