Dolan Auto Group interview questions

I was scheduled for an in person interview at the Lexus location. I was greeted and directed to a waiting area when I arrived and ended up waiting about 20 minutes before someone came to talk to me. I was then told that the person who I was supposed to interview with had forgotten to put me on his calendar, so I instead interviewed with someone else who was obviously unprepared and rushed. At the end of the “interview” I was told I’d receive a call or email regarding further steps or potentially rescheduling my interview, but I never heard back. When I attempted to email the person who scheduled my interview, I got an immediate return email stating my email didn’t go through.

To get a job with Dolan Auto Group you go in person, dressed professionally, and apply, you then go through a series of interviews starting with the desk managers on up to the General Sales Manager, if they like you enough through those. Then, they make a decision to either hire you on the spot, or wait for a call.
