One simple interview process. They ask about your past experiences in service and ask about techniques you use to de-escalate a situation. They want to see that you are able to deal with all types of customers and that you are comfortable on the phones.

Telephone and face-to-face as a second stage Pretty standard with competency questions as the most important part of it. Standard questions like motivation, till experience, admin skills and team work.
