I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DollarDays International (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2024
Interview
Initial interview was brief. Follow up interviews seem to go well. Then didn’t hear anything for over a week, followed by a ‘we went in another direction.’ They made a sign a nondisclosure just to talk to them, and fill out an old-school word doc after I had already submitted an application online. Very outdated processes and company. They require full-time in office for a position that could be hybrid, if not remote. The entire process made it seem like working there would be suffocating.
I know you filled out an online application, but our CEO likes applications through a Word document so would you please fill out another one? Don’t judge us for this.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DollarDays International (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2020
Interview
I had a 30 min online interview. This was during peak covid so this may change. The interview was not too difficult, asking basic entry level basic interview questions. I met with my manager and her manager and they would both ask the questions.
I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at DollarDays International
Interview
Went through six interviews but in the end never received any type of decline in employment email even after follow ups. The people are all very nice but I would have liked at least an email after six interviews with multiple department leads.
