There was a phone interview and then a small programming challenge received by email. You had a couple of days to complete it. The final round is a face to face interview with a developer.

Basic theoretical questions about programming. For example: What is SQL injection? What is OOP?

Phone screening as a first round. Standard coding questionnaire with basics about C and C++ as a second round. After the coding part there is a HR interview. This was where badt thing get started. - Some random guy walked into the room and try to search some stuff. - And the final blow, they don't want to pay sick leave. I mean really? This is completely illegal. - The offer was low, and half of the salary came in tax optimised legal form.

1hour c++ test involving multiple choice trivia questions, describing concepts, coding on paper and after that one and a half hour talk with head of research about the test and previous experiences.
