I got a sudden call from the HR manager. I didn't apply for any job here or neither anywhere else. In the process of call, I already told I don't have the required experience as per your Job description. But they still insisted to come even after knowing the fact I've no knowledge and experience on the described technical parts. She kept insisting for the interview saying you want the opportunity so come for the interview. So I did went there. I was asked only one question : Do you know RAC ? The job description was Core DBA, RAC, Dataguard and Patching. A day before I get the call and called immediately the next day saying we want immediate joiners despite the fact I told her I don't have the knowledge and experience your company requires, yet she called 3 times that day to come for the interview anyway saying you need the opportunity right. What kind of HR this company has if they themselves don't Know the difference between technologies and what candidates they should insist and call for ? Don't go here for interviews on the basis of what HR tells you. They just want to make your moral down. Keep focusing on your current job and look for good companies.
