They have you in and want to see your motivated to get started. It was a beginners opportunity when I was there and they want to see that your personable, organized, and hungry. A big key was education. are you ready to kick butt and learn the biz. We chatted about personal hobbies, life experiences, and goals. After the interview I was called back a second time (I think) and then I signed on to their team.

Interview
You will meet with the production manager and maybe VP. They'll just try to get to know you to see what kind of sales/phone experience you have. Be prepared to do a mock phone call.
