I applied online. I interviewed at Dominion Marketing Group (Wichita, KS) in May 2017
Interview
Wasn't completely statisfied with the level of opportunity at my last position so I decided applying online to see other options available to further my career. Got a call from their office scheduling a first round meeting with me. First interactions were positive; office looked professional, recruiter was very friendly and overall good vibes. First meeting consisted of talking over some of my past experience with the bulk of the conversation being about the background of the company and the overall objectives. I was asked back for a second meeting in which I was introduced to another higher level employee who went over in depth my previous experience and the overall structure of the company, culture, and advancement opportunities. I heard back from them the next day with an offer. I decided to accept because of the opportunity that was presented and the overall positive atmosphere of the office.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dominion Marketing Group (Wichita, KS)
Interview
I sat down with an employee and they sold me on this idea of if you work hard anything is possible, you can open your own location. It was super empowering they do a really good job of making it seem like this is a really great opportunity and if you are serious about your future DMG is for you.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Dominion Marketing Group in July 2017
Interview
I received a call from the recruiter one day about this position, and wanted to see what this company was all about. I'm a graduate with a computer science degree, and a minor in marketing, and currently working in the real estate field, doing a lot of digital marketing. As soon as I walked into the office for my first interview, I was greeted by a very nice receptionist.
The first interview covered what the company was about, and what I would be doing if I worked here. I asked a heavy amount of questions to see if it was a right fit for me, and if it was something I wanted to pursue. I was offered a chance for a second round interview and the opportunity seemed enticing, so I figured I'd give the second round interview a shot. I was able to sit down with one of their employees to learn more about it, where he covered a little more in-depth about what they did on a day to day basis, and the growth and advancement in more detail.
The following Monday I received a call from the company and was offered the position. Even though the opportunity seemed great and seemed like a great company to work for all around, I declined the offer. I am looking for more of a digital marketing position in which I can do more behind the computer work, instead of face to face interaction.
