Best interview I ever had! They actually show you that they want to invest in you. This was the only interview I have ever been a part of where the Administrator prays with you at the end of the interview. They truly care about who they bring in to care for the residents.

One group interview and one individual interview. The first one was just to get a feel for what Dominion is about and getting to know the employer. The second one is to get the know the future employee. Interview process took less than a week and received an offer the same day as individual interview.
