I applied online and was called for an interview about seven weeks later. The property was newly updated and very clean and nicely appointed; interview took place in the community room with the property manager and a regional manager. It was very informal and comfortable. Questions flowed to AND from so it was not one-sided. I was asked to take a one hour online assessment after the interview (from home); it wasn't difficult at all but it was definitely more challenging than just opinion-based common sense questions. It included math and critical thinking. After that, I was sent for a drug screening within a couple of days and asked to sign papers for an extensive background check. According to my professional and personal references, none of them were called by this job. (Unfortunately, the job was misrepresented without duties clearly explained, so I wound up leaving after a short time once hired)
