Interview
There are two interviews. One is conducted by senior manager and the other is conducted by CEO. You need to study semiconductor process and prepare for foundary business. At first you have to concentrate on the position you want to be hired. And then you have to prepare for job interview skills. You can find them easily in internet. Anyway have a good luck!

I had 3 steps for employment. The first step was the technical presentation of my graduated project and the second was the interview with managers. The last was the physical test and personalty test.
