Donnelly Communications interview questions

I was called in and interviewed with a male manager. He was pretty chilled. Asked me a few questions and was hired on the spot. I also had a brief skills test but nothing to worry about. Also training was like 3-4 weeks.

Very juvenile and unprofessional. Almost comical. I had to write a 4 paragraph on what type of transportation I used on vacation. I understand it was to judge my grammar. You also have to do a typing test and interview with a supervisor. They will let you know the same day if you are hired.
