The process seemed fine at first until I made it to later stage of interviews. Afterward, the recruiter ghosted me. It took weeks for me to get a template rejection — pretty insane result when you have gotten that far and dedicated a good amount of time, and remained professional throughout. It left a bitter taste in my mouth about an organization I admired at one point in time :(

It was relatively quick between my application and an invitation to a screening call with HR rep (about 5 business days). The process was laid out clearly from there about what I could expect about moving forward in process. People were on time and organized. I didn't get to ask as many questions as I would have liked in the video portion, but I was given the chance to ask some follow up by email.
