First round is a take home assignment to test basic PM abilities. 6 - 8 hours recommended but most likely going over that. Not too challenging but time consuming. Question was resembling “select one product of DoorDash and describe how would you improve it”

Interview
The recruiter reach out to me (I didn’t apply) and scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager. It was a standard pre-screen. I then had to completed a data analytics project with a 48 hour turn around. Again, it was standard and fairly straightforward.
I was feeling good about my second interview with the hiring manager via zoom. However, her interviewing skills were AWFUL. She spent the entire interview on her cellphone and commented that I was dressed too professionally (I was wearing a white button up). Needless to say, I was sent an automated reject that same week.

Hiring Manager Interview: Did not seem prepared
Panel Interview: Was informed I was moved to the final round of interviews then a week later received an email stating otherwise
