4 interviews, one Talent Acquisition + one Hiring Manager + one Case interview with the Hiring Manager and another manager in the team + one values interview with a third manager in the business unit (franchise)
it took a month and a half and I received no feedback after the rejection, despite asking and getting green flags during the process

Question 1
Case study: In this scenario, you have set a meeting with a franchisee owner for Burger King. You have solidified the time to meet and are now attending that meeting for your pitch.
● Create your own pitch deck with features of the product/service that you offer and why we should choose you!
● It’s expected that you won’t have all the context - we want to see how you would frame your pitch and think strategically. The goal is to onboard that franchisee as a DoorDash partner and have his/her stores available on our platform.
The Franchisee Account Executive will be responsible for the acquisition of new restaurant partners and building the best selection for consumers. They will target franchisees for Burger King and lead the full sales cycle from email/calls to close.
The goal of the roleplay is to show a strong sales process and high level foundation of sales skills.
The hiring team will review your completed case study, and upon successful completion, schedule you for a presentation.
We are looking to see how you would approach a new prospect and how you would navigate through the conversation from beginning to end – there is no way right or wrong way to do this!
Criteria/Rules
● You only offer delivery in a 5 km radius from the restaurant
● The cost per delivery is a 25% commission on the subtotal
● Most of your clients are QSR/fast casual restaurants
● The presentation can only be 20 minutes in total. You will be responsible for managing your time.
So far so good. They move quick and are very clear upfront how it is going to go and what you can expect. they gave me the breakdown of the role and what I need to do to be successful
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DoorDash
Interview
Recruiter chat, then a call with one of the managers, then 3rd interview is a presentation for 2 other managers using the prompt they send you. The male interviewer was eating during my presentation which I didn't really appreciate, he seemed distracted and slightly rude.
Fast. they had back to back interviews scheduled with different managers on the team after the call with the recruiter. They role played with me on the spot and quizzed me.
