1 half hour phone call, 1 1.5 hour video call with 2 individuals and one final 2 hour video call with 3 people. The people in this organization I met with were passionate about what they were doing and it made me excited to work for the company. Unfortunately, it was quite a long interview process to not get the role,but that's how the cookie crumbles sometimes unfortunately.

The recruiter/team lead reached out to me on LinkedIn. I scheduled time and they no showed me without even an apology email. Just a rescheduled gcal event. Then when he finally showed up days later, he asked why I applied for the role (I didn’t). Proceeded to tell me basically how bad they were doing in terms of market share in nyc (lowest out of the apps). Then he asked why I applied years ago. I didn’t, it was the same situation. A recruiter reached out and I interviewed. Funny thing- when I interviewed originally in 2017 they left me in a conference room and went home. Yes, really. At least this time around I heard back from them!
