Applied online via Linkedin platform and was contacted via email by the recruiter the following day to schedule a 30 minute call. The morning of our scheduled interview the recruiter was over 5 minutes LATE! To make matters worse he was calling me from speaker phone where I can barely hear him and when I attempted to talk he would just cut me off. He then rushed the interview and didn't even allow me to ask any questions. Extremely unprofessional and I'm honored to take my hospitality sales experience to Uber Eats.

The recruiter/team lead reached out to me on LinkedIn. I scheduled time and they no showed me without even an apology email. Just a rescheduled gcal event. Then when he finally showed up days later, he asked why I applied for the role (I didn’t). Proceeded to tell me basically how bad they were doing in terms of market share in nyc (lowest out of the apps). Then he asked why I applied years ago. I didn’t, it was the same situation. A recruiter reached out and I interviewed. Funny thing- when I interviewed originally in 2017 they left me in a conference room and went home. Yes, really. At least this time around I heard back from them!
