Interview
First phone call was with a junior Recruiting staff member. Second round was a video interview with a Recruiting Director. Since the current objectives for the Recruiting/Talent Acquisition team is scaling at a fast pace, the questions were mostly about that. My past experience wasn't really a good fit as a result.
