I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at DoorDash
Interview
The most drawn out interview process I have gone through, had people cancel last minute and I endured about 6 rounds - the last interview I had was roleplay and both interviewers only had great feedback (I had done this exact job at a competitor a few jobs back) so I knew what I was talking about. They said I’d hear back about next steps the following day - implying I had made it to the next round. I chased them up for 3-4 weeks and finally got a generic email saying I wasn’t chosen. Absolute waste of time.
unorganized recruiter. no sense of honoring commitments on time and also ghosted for 2 weeks, then out of nowhere wanted a follow up interview. the actual people interviewing were nice and knew what they were doing. unfortunately without organization i lost interest and ended up accepting an offer elsewhere

Interview
Interview with Head of HR, role play (know fixed vs variable costs when selling to restaurant) and behavioural questions with sales manager, interview with sales director from US, overall pretty straight forward with a few rounds. Goodluck! :)
