I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DoorDash in Feb 2023
Interview
Individual interview with HR and hiring manager were great, very standard to get a better understanding of past experiences and motivations for applying. The case study was really long, the panel interview was unprofessional. They waited a long time to pass on me, and no feedback was provided after the interview as it was 'not in their culture'.

Interview
DO NOT INTERVIEW, especially if a recruiter asks you to apply over LinkedIn. Free labor scam they should be reported to a bureau. Asks you to do a ridiculous amount of work analyzing a customer level data file, demands it in 2 days even if you're employed just to reject. Someone should sue -- how is this legal? For interview difficulty where's the option for stupid? SAVE YOUR TIME
Started with Phone screen that was low key, typical walk me through your resume questions. Then SQL take home that was also straight forward. Then 2 interview rounds each consisting of 2 interviews

Question 1
Make strategic recommendations based on the data set
Interview process included 3 rounds, including a recruiter screen, followed by a pretty time consuming take home assignment that was due within 2 days.
After that I had the 2nd round with the manager for the role and another senior team member. Did not move to final round, but it would have included 2 more interviews with a senior leader plus a cross functional partner. Overall it was a meh experience - they did not provide any feedback due to “company policy”
