Interview
The interview process at DoorDash was extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Communication was delayed for over two weeks despite multiple follow-ups, and the second interview was completely misaligned with the role — I was asked project management questions unrelated to the inside sales position. For a company of DoorDash’s size and reputation, this was surprising. Candidates should be aware that the process may not reflect the actual responsibilities of the role and when promised next day follow up getting ghosted.
Talked to a few people about my experience and why I want the job. Was fairly straight forward, only 1 or 2 interviews before they made their decision about whether or not to hire me.

Interview
