Applied online and heard back from a recruiter quickly. 30 min initial interview with hiring manager. Mostly behavioral questions related to the job / what you'd be doing in the role.

I had a phone screening with the director, and that was followed by two interviews with senior program managers. None were more than thirty minutes long. The interviews seemed to go very well, but they ghosted me. I contacted the first interviewer three times over two months to get any kind of feedback at all and she never responded. Honestly, it was super unprofessional. I was very impressed with the company until this happened. The interview process was smooth, everyone was on time, and they were all incredibly pleasant and kind people. But not responding to emails and not even a courtesy rejection is super unprofessional.
