A 2 step interview back to back with 2 different personnel, Regional Sales Lead and Regional Merch Lead. The interview was one for a behavior and other for complexity. The behavior one requested a sales pitch scenario, which I must say wasn't too realistic to the market I was interviewing thus resulted in not a good performance from my side
