Mostly behavioral questions checking fit as people manager (give me an example of a time you had to motivate a direct report that was under performing, didn't agree with your direct report) cross-functional collaboration (when you needed to motivate a team member, tell me about a time you led a project with many teams, how did you get the job done) and around fit to DoorDash values and the specific role (what was main area of improvement in your last P&G, etc.). Then asked a few case questions around the specific subject matter

There were 8 total interviews...they literally asked me everything.
- What does diversity mean to you?
- What kind of leader are you?
- We're thinking of expanding to a new market, how would you determine the growth opportunity without transactional data on the market?
- Here's a file of 25,000 rows of raw data. Using our Open API error codes, evaluate trends that are causing order errors and determine possible solutions for vendors.
- Etc, etc, etc

Interview
1. Hiring Manager screen (15 minutes)
2. Recruiter screen (15 minutes)
2. Panel interview with stakeholders (met with 3 people.... one Director took the interview from his car in a Starbucks parking lot, another Sr Director started the interview telling me "I have not had the chance to read your resume and I'm already starting off having a terrible day so let's just get through this.. some of my questions may not be fair knowing that you don't know our internal workings").
3. Wait 2 weeks to hear back and follow up with recruiting - who provided no feedback.
The process seemed quite disheveled in general and the recruiter wasn't much help when it came to better understanding the role or what the process looks like... even told me "I'm not allowed to talk about the role until you complete the panel..."
