Interview
The interview was easy and painless. All of the managers in each restaurant and for the hotel in general are extremely kind and helpful. The interview was painless and even enjoyable. Having an employee referral to your position definitely helps, but is not necessary. It will make the interview much more social and just making sure you have the social capability to perform in your role. After that there is a week training period, during which you will get paid.
