Before COVID, mine was a group interview where you did some icebreakers and group activities. It's mostly to get to know you a little bit and then I talked with someone from the department about availability and the whole training process.

It was fun till they didn't respond after two weeks after telling me I got the job. Even more fun was waiting hours to get my onboarding time only for it to never come. The best part is I still occasionally get emails from them but they haven't scheduled a onboarding day a month and a half after giving me the position.
