Dossier Systems interview questions

A recruiter helped arrange an interview with the engineering manager and two lead developers via GoToMeeting. The interview was a quick 2 hours where I learned more about the company. I had plenty of time to ask questions and answer questions about my prior experiences and projects I've worked on. There was a bit of technical trivia session on the technologies I'd be working in, but it felt fun and productive. The questions were a good selection to demonstrate that I have experience versus strict memorization questions on OOP concepts or the underpinnings of the .NET framework that are (of course) important, but that one rarely has to touch on a daily basis. I felt like I got a good idea of what it would be like to work with the team during the interview and it was a great experience.
